ABOUT THE RESIDENCY

Global Food Artist Residency

is an international residency centered on food, culture, art and public exchange. We invite chefs, food artists, food designers, food researchers, food writers, culinary culture creators and cross-disciplinary artists from around the world to Shanghai for residency creation and cultural exchange.

The program encourages participants to use food as a cultural and artistic medium, connecting with audiences through cuisine, space, storytelling and public events. It is not merely a dining experience, but a public practice about cities, culture and human relationships.
