In 2026, the Global Gastronomy Museum will officially open in the heart of Pudong, Shanghai. With a total building area of 37,000 square meters, the project integrates exhibitions, dining, cultural performances, and commercial conversion into one immersive global food culture platform.
As China's first comprehensive project centered on "Food × City × Culture," the museum will bring together 12 representative global cities in each edition, featuring 80 days of immersive exhibitions and commercial operations, creating an innovative model where cultural display and consumer conversion run in parallel.
Located in the core area of New Yangsi in Pudong, Shanghai, the project leverages the city's status as an international consumption center, targeting high-net-worth consumers, international tourists, and cultural experience seekers, with an estimated daily footfall of 3,000 to 6,000 visitors.
The Global Gastronomy Museum is not just a display space, but a key gateway connecting global food brands with the Chinese market. Here, urban culture, the food industry, and commercial conversion intersect, driving a complete path for global gastronomy in China—from exhibition to consumption, and on to long-term channel development.
