One City of Hearth, a Hundred Flavors of Chang'an

Signature Dishes: Chili Oil Splash, Lamb PaoMo

The Xi'an Pavilion centers on "The Hearth of Chang'an within the Silk Road" as its core narrative. Through Tang-style marketplaces, loess textures, Silk Road camel silhouettes, and street cooking aromas, it creates an immersive Chang'an atmosphere. With six core scenes—Western Market Welcomes Guests, Seeking a Hundred Flavors, The Hearth of Mortal Life, Hu Ji Wine Tavern, Yongxing Fang Alley, and Farewell at Ba Bridge—it transforms Central Plains craftsmanship, Western Region flavors, Guanzhong's rich soil, and Silk Road fusion into spatial language, symbolizing the civilizational sedimentation from the Great Tang Capital to the Silk Road's starting point.

The pavilion follows four threads—Silk Road hub, Hu-Han symbiosis, intangible culinary heritage, and street hearth—showcasing how the produce of the Eight Hundred Li Qin Plains, Silk Road ingredient exchange, and Great Tang street life shaped Chang'an's unique dietary system, covering the complete process from spice importation, noodle craftsmanship, meat nourishment to street-level three daily meals.

Combined with traditional handicrafts, living intangible heritage, NPC interactions, and ceremonial experiences, it emphasizes "Every Flavor is a Silk Road Gift," helping visitors understand that Chang'an cuisine is not merely a flavor, but a cultural language deeply connected to the imperial capital, the Silk Road, and the hearth of daily life.

Tianhan Elegance, a New Chapter of Flavor

Signature Dishes: Hanzhong Hot Mianpi, Hanzhong Rice, Lueyang Black Chicken, Konjac

The Hanzhong Pavilion centers on "The Tianhan Food Vein within Han Culture" as its core narrative. Through rammed earth textures, Han River ripples, Milky Way star lanterns, and Han Dynasty kitchens, it creates an immersive Hanzhong elegance. With six core scenes—Welcome Prelude, Tracing Civilization, Flavor Performance, Banquet and Leisure, Street Scenes, and Poetic Check-in—it transforms Han River civilization, Silk Road spirit, Han Dynasty rituals, and local hearth into spatial language, symbolizing the cultural inheritance from the Homeland of the Han People to the Silk Road's starting point.

The pavilion follows four threads—Han River geography, Zhang Qian's Silk Road, Han Dynasty food rituals, and the origin of rice-based cuisine—showcasing how the "two mountains flanking one river" terrain, Qinling-Han River produce, and Han-style life shaped Hanzhong's unique dietary system, covering the complete process from rice's original flavor, hot mianpi crafting, Han Prefecture family banquets to Qinba regional specialties.

Combined with traditional handicrafts, immersive performances, and interactive experiences, it emphasizes "The Homeland Nostalgia within Flavor," helping visitors understand that Hanzhong cuisine is not merely a taste, but a cultural root deeply connected to the Han River, Han history, and nostalgia.
